well as providing you with the best customer service possible. Please
read on for information on our shipping policy.
ORDERS
Currently, all orders are processed via PAYPAL, a secure online billing
service. Just simply click on the "Add to cart" to add a product
to your order. To access the contents of your cart, please click on
the shopping cart icon and follow the instructions for checking out.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS
We use United States Postal Service Priority shipping for all of our
orders. USPS provides the best rates with quick shipping as all of our
packages are shipped 2nd Day Priority. If you would like to receive
your order sooner, please contact us at sales@kungfutoys.com
and we will calculate the shipping cost for USPS Express Mail for your
order. After the completion your order, a confirmation e-mail will be
sent to the email address that you provided. All confirmed orders with
payment from PAYPAL will ship within 48 hours. Insurance is automatically
added to items over $100.
Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will
be sent to the email address provided along with the USPS delivery confirmation
receipt (aka tracking number).
**PLEASE NOTE: Due to state tax laws,
all orders shipped to California addresses will be charged 8.25% tax
in Los Angeles County and 7.25% in all other counties.**
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
These shipping rates do not apply to international orders, please contact
us at sales@kungfutoys.com
and we will calculate the standard shipping and insurance costs for
you. Insurance is recommended for all international orders as we will
not be responsible for lost uninsured packages. Please note that you
will be responsible for any and all customs tax or fees imposed on the
order by your international post office.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that all of our products are collectible items with limited
edition runs therefore all sales are final. Due to the nature of collectible
art pieces, there will be slight variations on the design which only
adds to the uniqueness of the item. Therefore, we cannot accept returns
on non-defective merchandise and cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges
for a different item. We will inspect all items prior to shipment to
reduce the risks to you and us. Thank you for your understanding.
